MaestroSafe^TM- Pre-loading Safe Dye

MaestroSafe^TMis a newly-developed and safe nucleic acid stains, which can be used to replace carcinogenic EtBr, commonly used in gel electrophoresis for visualization of nucleic acids in agarose gels.

With MaestroSafe , you do not need to add any dyes to both gel matrix and running buffers. MaestroSafe is provided in a form of 6 X sample loading dyes which are to be added to your samples only.

Easy-to-use: load with DNA samples, without staining

Good sensitivity: 1ng for 1000bp

Protocol

1. Prepare a 100ml agarose solution.

2. Mix gentle without having any air bubbles.

3. Let the solution cool down to 60-70℃ and cast the gel.

4. Mix samples and DNA markers with a MaestroSafeTMdye at 1:10 dilution rate.

5. View the results under UV light or use the non-hazardous UltraSlim LED transilluminator !
