TISSUEscope™ 4000 -think BIG with your Imaging ! Panoramic confocal imaging of tissue slides and tissue microarrays

TISSUEscope™ is a high-throughput panoramic scanning system for tissue slides and microarrays that images an area more than 100 times that of an ordinary microscope in a single scan, in brightfield or up to three fluorophores simultaneously! TISSUEscope™ produces high-resolution digital images of large tissue specimens (up to 20 cm x 15 cm in size), eliminating the time-consuming process of tiling thousands of images. The resulting image is stored in a single digital file, enabling low- and high-resolution views of the entire tissue specimen for quantitative analysis.
TISSUEscope™ 4000 Positioned to revolutionize imaging of tissue and cells.
- Versatile: Fluorescence AND brightfield imaging
- Panoramic View: More than 100 times the area of a standard microscope
- High-Resolution Imaging: From 0.5 to 10 micron pixels
- High-Throughput: Batch processing, tissue finding, autofocus, & auto image optimization increase sample throughput
- Streamlined: Simultaneously view multiple fluorescent markers
- Sharper Images: Confocality removes background fluorescence and optimizes spatial resolution
- Optical Sectioning: Construct 3D virtual slides
- Simplified Analysis: Visualize colocalization of labels
- Fast: 1 cm x 1 cm, 3 fluorophores, 12-bit dynamic range, 0.5 micron pixels in 8 minutes
